With over two decades of experience across the telecommunications and ICT system integration sectors, including leadership roles at PLDT, Globe, and NTT Philippines, she possesses deep commercial and technical acumen. Ley uniquely complements this expertise with a foundation in academia, having served as an Associate Professor at De La Salle University's College of Engineering.
